Description

In my blog (https://www.wallieonline.nl/blogs/esp-now-remote-control-mini-robots.html) we will build mini robots based on an ESP32-C3 and the ESP-NOW protocol. We use these mini robots to inspire students to pursue a technical education and a technical profession. By providing mini robot games at events in the region, we show how fun and versatile a technique can be. To control the robot, we use the ESP-NOW wireless protocol from Espressif. ESP-NOW is a solution for situations that require both fast response times and long range, while using the same frequency band as WiFi. The protocol is aimed at home automation and smart home, but also works as a wireless control for a mini robot.
