Description
- It prints as a square, but turns into a tube!
- How does it work?!
- The fidget toy with seemingly unlimited possibilities and combinations.
- This is the follow-up to my popular fidget toy the crazy cube.
Challenge - Can you get it to this shape? If you can - post a picture in the comments! Only 5 people have solved it so far!
It's a very different design that is super fun, has a crazy number of combinations and is pretty much a puzzle as much as a toy - can you find all the shapes it can make?
- Can you get it back to the starting position?
- How quickly can you get it from the square to the tube and back?
Printing instructions
- Print using the built-in profile
- There are 2 sizes 65% and 85% of the original model - 65% is my favourite.
- There are multicoloured and single-colour prints available. AMS should not be required as its a single change per print.
- Make sure your filament and printer is well tuned - it prints flawlessly on my A1 Mini and P1S every time.
- Let it cool down before easing the joints gently a few times when you take it off the bed
- There are 4 joints that are purposely slightly tighter than the others - this ensures you can get the toy back to its starting position more easily, making it even more satisfying!
