Only the bracket was used, the heating plate was not placed underneath as the author did. I tried it out, it can fit in, but the space is too tight for easy wiring (it is possible but not easy, and larger spools will get stuck). Then I gave up, the author should have made the entire enclosure separately, which would make wiring easier. I need to keep the original AMS enclosure.
An AMS Riser with a hole drilled on one side, wires can be run through this hole to add some other things.
The hole size is 12.3MM, a waterproof connector with M12 can be fitted in just right.
If you are concerned about sealing issues, you can use a 1*10MM sealing strip around the printed part.
It is recommended to use a heating plate with a size of about 210-230 * 270-280 mm. Do not buy a too large one, because it will be difficult to run wires if it is too large. The price is about 50-70 yuan per piece.
The mainboard does not need to be as luxurious as the one I used, I used a DIY machine for this, there are many cheap klipper mainboards.
