CurrentRanger Case

Housing for the CurrentRanger electronics. With battery compartment for a lithium polymer cell and corresponding fixation. A holder for the display can also be printed out. The housing must be fitted with 10 threaded inserts for M2 screws.

The battery compartment is designed for the 1000mAh lithium polymer cell I use and measures 5 mm x 53 mm x 35 mm.

The display holder is designed for a 0.96 inch OLED display GY-SSD1306. The display has the dimensions of 3.5 mm x 27.5 mm x 27.5 mm.

Tips: 

The threaded inserts for the battery holder are difficult to insert from above because there is little space to the housing wall. It is better to melt in the threaded inserts from below.

Printing the display holder is a bit tricky. I recommend the orientation shown in the picture and the additional support to prevent the display frame from sagging too much.
