主要优化了:

1.AMSLite的耗材穿线原来在底面,现在改成了正面可视,不用再盲操作了;

2.减少了台面的占地面积,从原来长方形占地面积,变成了一个小方块;

3.后面的耗材换料不用再碍手碍脚了,现在都在正面直接换料;

4.底部增加了工具收纳盘又是底座的功能,一举两得;

 

注意事项:由于为了更加稳定重心,所以底座设计了一体的大面积,已经超过A1mini的成型尺寸,底座尺寸有230x230,需要大尺寸打印机,后期会更新A1MINI打印版本,需要重新设计底脚所有特征。

 

另外侧面的螺丝来自AMSlite主体的对应孔洞螺丝,所以只需要放入底座前把螺丝拧下来,放上底座后再和底座一起拧上去就ok。

Mainly optimized:

1. AMSLite's consumable threading was originally on the bottom surface, but now it has been changed to be visible from the front, so no more blind operation;

2. Reduced the footprint of the countertop, from the original rectangular footprint, to a small square;

3. The back of the consumables change materials do not have to get in the way, are now in the front directly change materials;

4. The bottom of the increased tool storage tray and is the function of the base, two birds with one stone;

 

Note: Because in order to be more stable center of gravity, so the base is designed to be one large area, has exceeded the molding size of the A1mini, the base size of 230x230, the need for large-size printers, the later will be updated to the A1MINI printing version of the need to redesign all the features of the foot.

 

Also the screws on the side come from the corresponding hole screws in the main body of the AMSlite, so you just need to unscrew the screws before putting it in the base, and then screw them on with the base when you put it on, and you're good to go.

This design of the filament tube routing seems to have reduced the vibration impact on the AMS

It can be routed backwards, which has less impact on the user's operation space. I have always used it normally. The rationality of the cable is actually still the official one, which has the least force on the pipe.

It's reasonable to have the PTFE tube run from the back of the A1 MINI, but the A1 has a gantry, so running the cable over the gantry might still have an impact. Currently, I haven't encountered any problems printing this way, but I need to see other A1 solutions. In short, this bracket saves a lot of desk space, it's fantastic!

Hello, I'd like to ask if the filament tube will interfere with the A1's gantry when using this AMS lite bracket? I feel like my gantry might pull the filament tube apart.

One of the best prints I every printed! Saves so much space I also find it easier to load filament that way. Thank you so much for sharing. Printed easily. I used PETG-CF.

Great job, going vertical really improves workspace. Was surprised how stable it is in vertical position. Works great with Ultimate Filament Spool Enclosures and makes loading filament much easier. Printed with Creality CR Series PETG.

Inverted the original model in the slicer and then positioned it vertically relative to the build plate so that it was left with 8 layers at a 0.2 layer height. Then scaled it down slightly (see image). Printed this with Overture HS TPU to create a 1.6 mm gasket that glued to the bottom of the stand to prevent it from slipping. Seems to work quite well.
