Description

EDIT: Originally, I designed this to reduce the amount of VOCs circulating out of the chamber. At this time, I don't know how well it works for that purpose. It does help, however, keep the chamber warm when printing materials like ABS

The trap door is extremely thin, and requires a different material to support it. I used PLA for the print and PETG for the interface. I used super glue to glue the hinge together and double sided tape to mount it to my x1.

Looks to be compatible with most poop chute bins.

Keep a bit more heat in the enclosure and poop can still escape hold with 4 magnet to be easy to remove when printing with chamber fan on because its also the air intake

Great idea with the magnets! With my install, it was only very slightly over the intake. I'll try to publish an version that doesn't block intake

Thanks for sharing, I also have environmental anxiety, so I still have pipes to connect to the outside, but there is also insect protection to consider, and the wind pressure changes caused by the outdoor weather, so there seems to be a lot of work to do if we want to improve the air quality
