You can custom the print by adding youre name as show below:

1. Click on the second plate
2. In the Objects, right click on text_shape and click edit text
    

3. Personalize Name, Font and Size and make sure that the Surface box is uncecked. DON'T CHANGE THE THICKNESS
   

    

4. Center the text and than select World Coordinates and type the Z position to 4.40
   The text will appair as below (don't warry, it's normal):
   
    
5. Click on the object and then select Lay on Face icon and click on the white surface for make an inverse print
   
    
6. Center the object in the plate and click Slice plate
   
    
7. Check if the first layer is ok and then send to print
   
    
8. If you prefer, you can reduce numbers of lines by deleting this objects:
   
    

9. And the final result with 2 lines is:
