Description

A simple but effective shrinking tower, it is a little bit bigger than the normal ones so that the cooling of the filament is not a problem and does not give false results.

 

If you can't adjust the filament retraction but you still haven't adjusted the temperature correctly, do this test and you will solve your yarn problems.

Front is at 205 temp with Z hop type set to spiral, back at 210 temp with Z hop type set to auto. Retraction settings for both: Length: 2mm Retract and Detract speed: 40mm/s

the best test to test the filaments, while the printer goes to the monitor I change the temperatures and understand which is the best.

Good test, PA with actively heated chamber at 60C

well didt not change a thing from default retraction settings. cant see a wisp at all.
