First of all, thank you for your interest in the model.
To solve the problem of the hinges being too tight, please chip the hinges a little with a utility knife. It will fit perfectly when you chip it about 1mm on all sides.
For the problem of non-sticking to the printing plate, clean the textured plate with a product such as alcohol cologne.
Your vertical positioning hits the cover when the cover is open.
Make sure your door is closed while the machine is operating.
