One Handed Hourglass Passthrough Fidget!

Description
This is a simpler version of my hourglass passthrough with the addition of end stops at each end. This means that the inner spiral doesn't fall out but instead you can simply flip the fidget around with one hand. Maximum fidgetability! You can even dual-wield!
To assemble slide the inner into the outer. There is only one orientation that will work so try both and you'll figure it out.
The print comes with 4 sizes of end plugs for the top. Every filament/printer combo is slightly different so I've provided a selection and one of them should work. Try the biggest one first, if that doesn't work try each smaller size. You want the plug to be TIGHT, otherwise if will pop out during use. You can also glue it in place but a tight plug will work just from the friction.
