Hi,
the Idea is to train Somebody in a Boulder. The Dice shows what is to do.
Foot forward - you have to touch every Hold with your feet before with the Hand
Top All - you have to Top All holds for 3 seconds
Left Hand - you climb only with your left Hand
Right Hand - you climb only with your right Hand
Skip foot - you have to Skip every second foothold
Skip Hand - you have to Skip every second handhold
