Govee Glide Hexa Light Panels Mount

I developed this mounting aid for the Govee Glide Hexa Light panels because I read in some reviews that the panels fell off the wall (wallpaper) after a while. I thought that the adhesive surface would probably hold better on a smooth plastic surface. The photos show the first version, where the mounting holes are different. The current version is easier to adjust if the drill has moved. Flat head screws with a diameter of up to 4.5mm should be used for mounting.

The model consists of two parts:

• Mounting Plate

   

• Positioning Aid

Since you can't see anything of the mounting plate after assembly, you can also use leftover filament. The color doesn't matter. PLA is absolutely sufficient as a material here.

The mounting plate is printed once for each LED panel. The mounting aid is only printed once and then used again. There are two versions of the mounting aid: one with a smaller gap and one with a larger gap. Please try out which one fits you better, but it should fit relatively tightly.

Once all the parts have been printed, you have to decide on an assembly pattern for the panels and then you can start assembling them. I cut off the excess adhesive strips.
Please clean all adhesive surfaces with isopropanol (alcohol)!

Ich habe diese Montagehilfe für die Govee Glide Hexa Light panels entwickelt, da ich in einigen Rezensesionen gelesen habe, dass die Panels nach einiger Zeit von der Wand (Tapete) gefallen sind. Ich dachte mir, dass die Klebefläche wahrscheinlich auf einer glatten Kunststoffoberfläche besser hält. Auf den Fotos ist noch die erste Version zu sehen, bei der die Montagelöcher noch anders sind. Die aktuelle Version lässt sich leichter justieren, wenn der Bohrer mal wieder weg gewandert ist. Zum montieren sollten Flachkopfschrauben mit bis zu 4.5mm Durchmesser verwendet werden.

Das Model besteht aus zwei Teilen:

• Mounting Plate (Montageplatte)

   

• Mounting Aid (Montierhilfe)

Da man nach der Montage nichts mehr von der Mounting Plate sieht, könne hier auch gerne Filamentreste verwendet werden. Die Farbe spiekt keine Rolle. PLA ist hier als Material absolut ausreichend.

Die Monting Plate wird für jedes LED Panel einmal gedruckt. Die Mounting Aid wird nur einmal gedruckt und dann wieder verwendet. Von der Mounting Aid existieren zwei Versionen: Eine mit kleinerer und einer mit größerer Lücke. Probiert bitte aus welche bei euch besser passt, aber es sollte relativ fest sitzen.

Wenn Alle Teile gedruckt sind muss man sich noch für eine Montagemuster für die Panels entscheiden und kann dann mit der Montage beginnen. Ich habe bei den Klebestreifen das Überschüssige Teil abgeschnitten.
Alle Klebeflächen bitte mit Isopropanol (Alkohol) reinigen!
