Description

A maths trainer for the 4 basic arithmetic operations. Perfect for starting primary school. By turning it, new random tasks are created again and again. You can choose to rotate the wheel with the arithmetic operations freely (for advanced users) or with a detent (for beginners).

I can image that it is also a funny drink game ;-) For example: Who has more correct solutions in one minute.

Features:
- Multicolour print without AMS
- Simple print & simple assembly (Just push all the parts together)
- Choice of freely rotating wheels or with detent

-  The number plates can be freely arranged. And they can also be removed again later.

Used materials:

I used PLA+ for the wheel / bushing with detent. It works very well. I have not tested it with other materials.

Print settings:

If you not use the print profiles:

All parts can be print with 0,2mm layer height and standard settings. The 3 frame parts need little supports for the hexagon pins.

Assembly:

Step 1: Remove the small supports on the hexagon pins of the frame parts. Burrs should also be removed.

Step 2: Mount the first bushing and the first wheel (both freely rotatable) on the axle. Use some oil for a good rotation:

Step 3: Mount the next bushing and wheel. Free spin for advanced user (because you create also random calculation types) or with detent if the calculation type should be preset. It is your choise. Pease print the “correct” wheel and bushing:

Step 4: Mount the next free roration bushing and wheel. Use some oil for a good rotation:

Step 5: Mount the middle frame:

Step 6: Mount the next bushing and wheel with detents:

Step 7: Mount the next bushing and wheel with detents:

Step 8: Mount the right frame part:

Step 9: Mount the base:

Step 10: Mount the plates:

Have fun with it :-)
