Description
Brackets to hold a 25/24mm Dowel / Rod / Bar Vertically or Horizontally.
The brackets use a sliding mechanism with a chamfered insert which ensures a strong hold and is highly weight bearing. The model has been tested up to 15kg without breaking.
The wall mount inserts can accept any screws up to 4mm, with a countersunk head of up to 7mm in diameter.
If you don't wish to buy a wooden Dowel, you can print a 24mm diameter rod, as included in the model!
This includes two types of mount:
- One designed to be placed through the bar and has a hole through the top to allow it to support the bar not at each end.
- One designed to be placed at the ends of the bar to hold it up vertically
Using these two different brackets, you can hold your bar up almost any way you would like!

Most 25mm dowels are actually slightly smaller from wear, hence the compatibility with both 25mm and 24mm, it'll be a slightly tighter fit on the 25mm but should work fine.
