This modular assembly allows replacement of the original A1 mini filament guide with clips for filament tube adapters. A 9mm diameter clip is included, but others can be easily adapted to the mount using 2mm bolts.

For background, I am using an “eSUN eBOX Lite” filament dryer (https://www.amazon.com/eSUN-Upgraded-Printing-Filaments-Dehydrating/dp/B0969L64TT) which comes with a 6mm OD PTFE tube that I adapted to the A1 mini's 4mm OD PTFE tube using a reducer (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09NNBX3SW). This assembly makes it possible to clip the reducer (or any other type of tube adapter or coupler) to the side of the stepper housing.

The assembly consists of three parts:

1. A replacement rear cover for the X-axis stepper housing supplying additional mount points to ensure a secure fit.
2. A mount covering the old filament guide location for a clean appearance.
3. A clip to hold the tube reducer.

I originally attempted to use the stock guide's snap mechanism, but it proved to be too flimsy. This assembly is securely mounted via a replacement rear cover for the stepper housing.

Additional parts required:

• 5x M2*6mm Hex Bolts (2 bolts replace the original rear cover bolts)
• 3x M2*3*3.5 (or M2*3.5*4) Threaded Inserts (these all go into the mount)

Important: When installing, do not preassemble the mount and the cover, as it will be difficult to snap everything in place. The rear cover needs to go on first before installing the mount with the clip.
