Durable Construction

• Print from outdoor-rated materials such as PETG (main body and jam nut) and Shore 95A TPU (gaskets) for durability in all weather conditions.

Installation Instructions:

Prepare the Main Sleeve:

• Slide the thin TPU gasket onto the main sleeve of BreezeGuard. This gasket will be positioned on the top surface of the table once inserted.

Insert the Main Body into the table:

• Place the main body of BreezeGuard with the thin gasket into the table's umbrella hole, ensuring the threaded section is fully inserted.

Position the Thick Gasket:

• Place the thick, compressible TPU gasket onto the sleeve from underneath the table. This gasket will cushion the contact between the insert and the bottom surface of the table, adapting to the table surface for a secure fit.

Attach the Jam Nut:

• Thread the jam nut with finger tabs onto the main body from underneath the table.
• Tighten the jam nut securely by hand to lock the insert in place, ensuring both gaskets are properly positioned to protect the glass surfaces.

Insert the Umbrella:

• Insert the umbrella pole into BreezeGuard, ensuring it fits snugly.
• The 80mm support length will keep the umbrella straight and secure.
