Inspired by a wonderful design by Faithin3D, this Spool Clip will hold your filament securely to the spool without interference while printing. It is designed to be installed once to the spool flanges and then stay there. As shown in the pictures they are installed in the outermost complete hexagons. The fit is intentionally tight so use flat pliers with some soft protection to squeeze them in place.

I recommend placing 2 on one side of the spool apart from the notches cut in the spool.

I tested these and they work on he Bambu AMS as well, just place them on the right hand side when looking at the front of the AMS.

Print using a brim of 4mm to 5mm and around 0.15mm layer height. I used PLA and that worked fine. Use Arachne Wall Generator.

If you encounter fit issues, try using X-Y compensation or scale by fractions of a percent.
