Still using 1.75mm filament as the hinges for the payload bay doors I wanted a larger version of the X-37B. This is as large as I could get for the bottom wing to fit on the 256x256 build plate. The model is about 60% larger at 341mm long (~13.6inches). I modified the payload bay doors to have better clearance, made the hinge diameter 1.75mm with 2mm holes. I also went in an made the offsets between parts at 0.05 to 0.125mm. Originally I wanted to have every piece snap together with no glue but I enlarged the offset just a little to allow dry-fits before final assembly and allow it to be taken apart. Then you can glue if you like.

In the print profile I included the payload bay doors oriented both vertically and horizontally. The vertical print may be stronger but it takes 6 hours to print versus the 2 hr horizontal print.
