Just use your favourite SVG as base.

IMPORTANT: It does not work here on Makerworld Customizer, as you need to also add an .SVG file!
So the “customizer” button will not work.

Install OpenSCAD and load the .scad file to customize.

Small details in the SVG

In case pieces of the emoji are not connected, increase and play with the value “Connecting_bars”. Using 8 should connect everything typically.

Food safety

PLA in principle is food safe, but additives or colors might be not. Bacteria can get caught in the layer lines and wont easily wash out. If you use it for cookie dough and want to be on the safe side, put a sheet of plastic wrap / saran wrap in between the dough and the cookie cutter. And while baking the bacteria should be killed.
