Flipping ensures that the razor blade cannot jump out under any circumstances. Normal scalpels sometimes were not suitable for certain tasks. Especially if you need to apply a little more force while maintaining precision and the thinnest possible blade.

Typical application: Cutting through conductors. Separation of conductor tracks on circuit boards. Scraping away contact surfaces. Also suitable for carefully trimming the surfaces of prints.
