Description

From experience I can tell you that 3Djake's ECO Pla filaments can be printed with excellent performance and exceptional finishes using the same preset parameters as Bambulab filaments.

So, why not reuse the same RFID tags as the original Bambu Lab filaments on our new 3djake spools without having to go through a respooler, simply installing the RFID tag on the spool??

At this point, why not also provide a small container for the silica gel?

With a spool installed inside the AMS, you can increase the quantity of silica present inside the AMS itself, preserving all your filaments, while during storage, inside a closed container, have a good quantity of preservative salts already pre-installed (about 65 grams).

Inside the printing profile, you can find 2 preset plates (no particular printing requirements, you can print it very well in PLA or PETG, there are no particular structural needs, other than not going to Ludicrus speed so as not to affect the precision too much of the molded thread).

In the first plate, you will find the two components dedicated to the 1Kg 3DJake coils, in which to find a retaining pin to couple with the hole on the side of the coil, while in the second, the version without retaining pin, which allows it to be installed on multiple other brands of filaments (I personally tested it on BambuLab spools, and by tightening the components together, no rotation is noticeable between the spool and the container).

What about RFID tag application? Nothing easier!!

Remove it from the exhausted BambuLab spool, cutting it out with scissors and glue it into the slot provided in the "RFID cap" component. Now you can print your 3DJake filaments on the fly without even worrying about setting them up. Insert the spool into the AMS, quick refresh and go printing!

and remember... each Bambu Lab spool has 2 RFIDs installed, but with this system you only need 1, so from each Bambu reel, you can obtain 2 containers with RFID tag.

and if you want, directly in Bambu studio, you can apply the text about Material, Brand, and Color, to print on a side of “ RFID Cap ” to easy recognize it
