Classic phone holder modelize in fusion 360. It is compatible with phone up to 15mm thick.

 Very good rendering on the desk, good phone stability, holes for charging cable. I might just recommend attaching non-slip pads underneath, as it's a 3d printed and can possibly slide around on the desk.
