Fidget Puck v1

Fidget Puck History:

• v1 - (this model) basic turntable
• v2 & v3 - never released, simple print
• v4 - smoother operation, refined edges, symmetric, simple print
• v5 - brand new surface, the best one yet, longer print, some post processing required
• v? - next version, in development

This project started as a small turntable of 35 mm diameter. While it works great for that, I found myself constantly playing with it in my pocket.

The supplied project file prints at 0.12mm layer height for added detail and smoother outside. I printed it on a textured PEI plate for better grip and nicer haptics.

If you stick to the project file settings (A1 mini, Bambu PLA Basic, 0.12mm layer height), the tolerances work well for a good press fit that can be manually pulled apart when needed.

Production and assembly:

• print the 2 halves
• add a 608 bearing in the middle
• press the halves together
