75x32x2mm
Smallest size I was happy with was 65x28x1.75 (87.33%)
Anything smaller and you lose details and thing start to meld together.
Printed with a standard 0.4 nozzle. 0.25 nozzle really recommended for anything smaller than 75mm width (default).
0.2 layer height.
Doesn't really matter, maybe do finer for flatter walls, but even 0.3 works ok.
Use PLA, PETG doesn't give good results on tiny details.
Examples printed in Prusament Gravity Grey and Galaxy Silver.
USE IRONING!
The print leaves small gaps in the model which a standard 0.4 nozzle can't fill at this size without causing blobbing. Just turn on ironing and it will look amazing.
Print took about 23 minutes for a standard one, 47 for an ironed one.
NOT FOR COMERCIAL USE!
