This is a fairly common magnet size (it's 38.5mm wide at the widest parts). I can't remember if it came out of a desktop hard drive or a laptop one, but:

• Slap some super glue in the hole. Pop it in.
• After the glue is settled for a few minutes, pop it into the protective cover (so as to not damage your fridge).
