box is great, but could not get the label portion to snap in properly. It does not protrude enough thru the front for the small piece to snap on to it. I am assuming that is how it is supposed to work? The oval back portion is only thick enough to be flush with the front of the box.

Hello, thank you for your comment! To help you, I'd like to know if you've cut the paper as shown in the attached photo. NOTE : To do this, and to make sure everything fits together properly, you can take the label holder (the part that clips onto the box). Place it upside down on the paper, then cut along the perimeter of the label holder with a cutter or, alternatively, with scissors, first tracing the perimeter with a pen, then cutting. The important thing is to be as close as possible to the perimeter of the label holder. I hope this helps.
