A1 Mini tool storage box with lid for tape on

As Requested by some people here you find a remixed version of the Screwed on box, which does not require to remove the Z-axis cover but has to be taped with doublesided Tape instead of.

The box is slightly smaller than the original Box to allow some room for the doublesided ductape.

The cover is the same as from the original Screwed on box

Update:  22.10.2024 

• Made a offset (v2) Box version, now it is 6mm moved to the right, to prevent the Nozzle from hitting the cover when “Nozzle clump detection” is active
• Made box 1mm longer to have gap between the cover and Z-Rail, so it can`t touch the rail anymore (the original Cover still usable)
• The black printed box does show the offset Box, i still let the “old” version online.

there are two versions available ( also in Offset):

• Flat bottom type, for normal slim ductape
• VHB Bottom type, with a 0,9mm cutout to insert a 1,1mm VHB Tape

I strongly recommend to print at least the lid in a dark color so the LED won`t overexpose the camera !

Print with PETG/ABS or some other high-temp filament, as its very close to the bed ;)

EDIT: lowered the Box size by additional 2mm as it seems that the Printer does some kind of homing below Z-0 in some rare cases at the right side position
