Description

It's my vision of RattleSnake. It is very addictive to play with even for adults. This RattleSnake has realistic tail that (you won't expect this ;P ) rattles.
It's another version of articulated snake that I happened to make. My kids are happy to play with them.
Now you can attach tongue to them to look even more realistic.
I printed them on Bamblu Lab P1S with 0.2 layer height and 0.4 nozzle and on Prusa MK3S+ 0.6 nozzle same height.
I printed them in different sizes from 50% to 160%. Every one of those prints came out just great.
Please keep in mind that if you print in small scale to be careful not to brake connectors when removing from your print plate.
PLA, ASA, PETG was tested with my prints without any problems.
160% scale is 83cm long!!!
For snakes tongue slot you have to remove box 5x4x2 in you slicer.

You can add some supports under snake's jaw if you are printing in huge scale.
0,2 layer height, 0,4-0,6 nozzle.

Printed at 100% in Bambu Green and Red, now it guards the printer.

Sadly didn't work well for me.

Next time try no brim. Articulated prints don't work well with them

Guardian of the Bambu Lab Came out really great. Feels heavy and strong Scaled (no pun intended) to 125%. Took 6,5 hours with Polymaker Polylite PLA Dual Silk Jadeite using 0.6mm nozzle Thanks for the awesome model

Strength Issue:The profile for this model is too small, which makes the links very weak. I couldn't even get the print off the print bed without it breaking.

Came out amazing way better than I hoped. I was super happy and surprised because the model came out perfect and I can't get over the rattle sound so much like the real thing. It was one of the first prints on my new P1S so I was blown away at the quality and detail the printer brought out of such a great model. Could you scale it huge I would like to try one that took up 2 plates ? lol thank you keep up the amazing work
