Description

A switch dock inspired by the classical NES with a wallmount option.

There are three slots for switch games under the lid and the LED of the switch is visible throught the front.

If you own more than three games i can recomend a very appropriate switch game holder here ;) https://makerworld.com/en/models/470337#profileId-379835

I have a A1 mini so i had to design around a smaller buildplate.

Pretty straight forward assembly, just glue the parts together as straight as possible.

Only three remarks.

*When gluing the NES controller connectors, its easier to glue them in to the base first, then the black cover.

*The pins for the lid. The shorter one mounts to the left and the longer one to the right

* Glue the black L-shaped cover last. It is this piece that holds the lid in place.

Update!

I have added two printprofiles with a lid and buttons with text. These have NOT been tested or printed by me since i dont own a AMS so any feedback from those who dare to ty them out is greatly appreciated

Happy Printing! :)

Really cool! Would be awesome, if you could also add the red "Nintendo Entertainment Systems" text to the lid or some other part that could be printed horizontally!

I am going to upload a lid with the nintendo logo and buttons with "power" and "reset" text on them. Unfortunately i dont have a AMS to test it with so i have no idea how the print will look

Awesome! As long as the text isn't showing up too thin after slicing (less than one line width) it should be fine!

Thanks! They work perfectly and I always have trouble matching up greys when ordering.
