Description

Customizable Emoji Knockdown Targets

for Nerf and Orbeez Target Practice

Overview: This project allows for the creation of customized emoji knockdown targets for Nerf and Orbeez shooting. The targets are designed to be easy to stand up and knock over when struck by Nerf darts or Orbeez water beads.

Version: 1.0

Inspiration: This design draws inspiration from my two previous OpenSCAD projects:

- Emoji Meeples Maker
- Custom Knockdown Targets

Project Features:

  • Simplified design for quick parametric customization and easy printing.
  • Customizable target height and size. Adjust 'emoji_size' for a larger hit area.
  • Use 'random_emoji = true' to generate a variety of emoji targets until you find one you like, or specify your own.
  • Color your targets using Bambu Slicer’s Paint tool or by adding 'Change Filament' markers in the 'Preview' tab. Using 'Change filament' is the preferred method of coloring the emoji face.

Coloring Tips:

  • In the 'Preview' tab in Bambu Studio, adjust the layer slider on right of screen, then right click and add a 'Change filament' marker to change filament to desired color. This minimizes color changes. See some of the example profiles on how the filament changing was done to achieve emoji face colors.
  • If you don't have an AMS, use can use 'Pauses' to swap colors at each pause instead of filament changes.
