Description

Provide relief for pain, stress, and anxiety. Acupressure Kit provides tools to target any point on the body. Hexagon tiles lock together and can be arranged in many different configurations. All tools stack and connect together for easy transport and organized storage.

Tiles were printed using most settings from the standard 0.20mm PLA profile with wall loops increased to 3, sparse infill density to 20%, and spare infill pattern to gyroid. Tiles were tested on carpet with a 185 lb body. If increasing in weight, wall loops and spare infill density may need to increase as well.

If arranging in a configuration similar to the one shown in the pictures above, at least one toothless tile is required for center pieces.

I recommend printing both the rod and snap end at 45 degrees. The rod prints best with a brim which is normally generated automatically when slicing, and neither require supports when printed in the manner. Printing horizontally requires supports and results in a much less clean/round cylinder. The snap end requires a bit of force when snapping into place but is very secure once snapped in.
