Description

I made this bag clip because I wanted one that was sturdy enough to handle keeping the thick plastic of the filament bags closed. It is also long enough that you don't really need 2 of them to get the job done. This clip is very strong and holds a firm grip. It can also be scaled to use for other things around your house. Enjoy!

Prints well, looks good, barely opens

I wanted to make it very firm so it has a good grip. That’s why it takes a little effort to open. it’s meant to hold a little tighter than most of the other clips like this.

Clips woudn't open after printing. Not sure what went wrong

First time I’ve heard of that issues. could be an issue with your filament or your printer.

the print is too stiff and inflexible, especially in PLA

It’s meant to be stiff in order to keep a good grip on thick filament bags. That’s why I said it was “sturdy” and “very strong”. That’s exactly how it’s supposed to be. 🤷🏻‍♂️If you want a weak clip, I’d suggest you find a different one. 😂
