As small as I could go with functional, working ball joints. Had to fuse the armor and frames together except for the interconnecting, moveable joints.
The action figure is tiny, tiny, tiny. The ball joints WORK really good but make sure they are smoothed after printing before assembling. The imperfections like shown in the image below will cause the ball joints to NOT work.
Edit: Honestly, this little action figure is pretty cool, but it's not the most sturdy. I've printed quite a few and the joints are hit or miss, or maybe my smoothing technique isn't the best. I'm still a novice when it comes to 3D models. I was going to take this print down, or make it private, but decided to leave it up since it can be cool. Print at your own risk! Lol
