Over the last six months or so, I created this project to learn about 3D printing. I've spent about 60 dollars and more miscellaneous expenses to make this design work as well as it does (and it still needs more work). But as is, it's one of the most fun, entertaining things to mess around with! I call him hyper articulated Steve, because it has as much articulation as I could stuff into a size as small as this while keeping it accurate to Minecraft.

Size: about 68mm by 12mm by 40mm

Material: Designed for PLA.

Assembly: It's pretty intuitive. But long pins go in long holes, same for short pins.

Features: joints in the shoulders, elbows, hips, waist, knees, head, neck. One of the hands has a small slot that can swap between a cover and a sword.

Warning: I recommend either maintaining the scale or editing stuff on your side while changing scale as the tolerances and clearances are specific to this little fellow.

Update(20/06/2024): Fixed tight hip joint and clearance in the hip joints.

Update(23/06/2024): Revamped all of the clearances and made the pins looser which should solve the breaking pieces and tight fitting. Thanks for the feedback! And sorry for messing up so much!

Tolerances are just too tight - I broke several pieces and couldn't get others to fit at all. I've built several 3D printed posable figures before and never had this problem with others.

I'm so sorry :O I'll look into that asap! What material and settings are you using? Again, sorry for the inconvenience, I'm still learning.

So, it turns out that I messed up the hip clearances somewhat, was that the main problem? As for tightness, I don't know how to fix that, my copies seem to work fine with the pins? I'll see what I can do!

takes some work to get things to fit. broke it trying to manhandle it. might try again but use some sand paper on the joints.

Hey, I've revamped all the clearances and made the pins looser, hopefully that fixes the issue! Thank you for your feedback, and sorry for the trouble!

ngl but it reminds my of Roblox guy because it has more joints than in Minecraft. I’ll give you credit for making it blocky tho.

Minecraft has elbows and knees, at least according to the janky bedrock animations XD, feel free to use this fellow as a roblox character tho.
