I have tortoises and I was inspired by a tik tok of a small turtle scooting around on one. I wanted one for my 2 year old Hermann's tortoise. I searched for hours, and could not find one anywhere, so I designed my own. I went through about a dozen different designs, and finally came up with this iteration. Note that this will fit a tortoise that has a carapace length of approximately 6 inches.

Aside from the printed parts, you'll need some bits of hardware.

Putting it together

Glue the trucks to the bottom of the deck - they should fit nice and tight in the upraised frame

Glue the strap holder to span between the two trucks

Building the axles

Stuff you'll need for 1 axle - you'll need 4 axles

You'll need one tire

One 25mm M3 bolt

Two 3mm x 4mm x 8mm bearings

One washer & one M3 nut

Slide the 2 bearings down the bolt. Then slide down a washer. Screw down the nut all the way to the bearings, and snug the nut just tight enough so the the bearings still turn easily. Dab a couple of dots of quick glue on the nut. Repeat three more times.

Screw the bolts into the 3mm holes on the sides of the trucks.

Add the strap by feeding it through the strap holder on the underside of the deck.
