This is a very realistic replica of a flintlock mecanism. As a geek who's hobby is historical reenactment, I own a french musket replica (Mdel "Fusil de Tulle 1728" like the ones used by the french marines in the french & indian war prior to the american independence war. I copied it in 3D sketch piece by piece. It is the exact model sold by Loyalist Arms & Repair in Canada : http://www.loyalistarms.freeservers.com/firstmodelbess-frenchinfantry1728.html
It is fully functional. This is for the cosplay enthousiast out there who would like to make a realistic prop pistol with a functionality to impress the kids.
All small screws you see are M3. Holes sizes are drawn to be able to make threads with a M3x0.5 tap. The flint holder screw had modeled threads M8x1.25. In order to make them work, I have to tap the threads on both the screw and the hole but after that it works like a charm!
The part named "Cran" can be tricky to print depending on your printer's precision. I included 2 versions. Same for the main spring if you want the functionality....
