modular

modern minimalist headphone stand with grid patterns

 

the base screws into the threaded stand, the tolerances are tight, so be mindful and patient and you'll be able to tighten it right into position, and will have a strong lock

 

dimensions in mm > x:220 · y:90 · z:90

 

this design is the third of a series of 3 · the reDesk series, that were kindly supported by FormFutura, that provided the filament shown on the pictures: reFill PLA army green and Reform - rPLA black.   • 0.20mm layer height
  • 10% cubic infill (except the base that has 25% infill for greater stability)

notes

  • includes bambu studio 3mf file and STLs
  • the tolerances for the grid inserts are very tight, so that no glue is needed and they are snug in place. please ensure that your filament is properly dry and your printer calibrated.
  • it's very important to ensure the bed is thoroughly clean so that there are no adhesion issues, as it has both large flat parts, which require proper adhesion
  • all photos uploaded are of the actual printed model, taken inside a light-box or in home studio

I printed 2 and one was excellent and the other the part to screw onto broke and I used glue to keep it together. Perhaps I applied too much pressure.

my x1c may broken that grid is quit loose, and i can not asseemble stand and base. i suggest people printing stand vertically to avoid bending from heatbed

sounds like you have an issue with bed adhesion, please check the model description for recommendations, if your bed is struggling even after proper cleaning it might be either a time to replace it or using 3DLAC to help with adhesion
