This is my brain! I made it, and then I made this sculpt and printed it.

Supports are needed, and I highly recommend putting a large solid shape inside to fill the tiny gaps, and then a medium sized void inside that, to reduce the weight, printing time, and filament cost.

You generally have the right to ask for a copy of the files from your own MRI scan.
