I use the Greenmade Store-All Storage Crate, 4-pack I bought at Costco to store ammo. I was able to design custom trays to fit this box for my .45 ACP (7x8 10 tays holds 560 rounds per box) and 9mm (9x10 ten trays holds 900 rounds per box). Works great. Printed in PETG for durability and chemical resistance.

Great idea, one option that would make a huge difference would be the ability to adjust the space between each round. Especially as 12 bore/gauge shotgun cartridges have a flange so the current 1mm is not enough space. It also depends on if this is being used for storage or competitions as competitions, you want a bit more space to make it easier and quicker to grab the cartridges. Thanks.

I tried to edit in openscad but im not great at the coding. Would be cool to give this the option to make it stackable with a 1mm hole on the bottom is stackable = yes
