Standard NEMA23 stepper motors, unlike the smaller NEMA14 motors, come with hardwired cables. While these can be soldered or connected with Wago 221 feedthrough connectors, the result is not elegant. Classic connectors such as SP13, GX16, YC8 or DT4 are more time consuming to assemble (crimping or soldering), while their advantages over the fast spring terminals are not needed in many applications.
