Description

When printing, there may be a collision with the clamps in the upper area if the print object is smaller than Z=2.5mm.

Attention !
Normal PLA will deform due to the print bed temperature.
Uses PETG, ABS or ASA

The Bambu Lab A1 is a great printer, but unfortunately it takes countless attempts to lay the build plate straight.

That's why I designed this clip. The clip is clicked into the top left and right corners on both sides.

The single version (A1 Building Board Clamp) is expandable, for this you only have to print the left clip.

The clip takes 2h27m to print and requires 29g of filament.

Beim drucken kann es im oberen Bereich zur Kollision mit den Klemmen kommen, wenn das Druckobjekt kleiner Z=2,5mm ist.

Achtung !
Normales PLA wird sich aufgrund der Druckbett Temperatur verformen.

Der Bambu Lab A1 ist ein toller Drucker, leider braucht man unzählige Versuche die Bauplatte gerade aufzulegen.

Aus diesem Grund habe ich diesen Clip entworfen. Der Clip wird beidseitig oben links und rechts in die Ecken geklickt.

Die Einzelversion (A1 Building Board Clamp) ist erweiterbar, hierfür müsst ihr nur den linken Clip drucken.

Der Clip benötigt 2h27m Druckzeit und benötigt 29g Filament.

I had a collision while doing dynamic flow calibration because the print height was very low, when cleaning the nozzle and when cutting.

Printed with Fiberology Black PCTG perfectly. Aligned the plate 10 times better than manually!

Bambu Labs Slicer and Orca Slicer now have Generic PCTG as an option. They show PETG in the interface but it prints at the higher temperature. PCTG is like PLA and doesn't absorb a ton of moisture but I have had better success when I dry it prior to printing.
