An easy way to dry filament without the unnecessary expense of a dryer.
It is the only one that uses heat from the entire bed during drying. Other similar drying packages use only part of the heat.
1. Print the model on the A1 printer. I recommend using PET-G filament. Do not turn on timelapse, then there are many errors in the model. (The model occupies the entire printing area and the cleaning tower cannot be placed here)
2. Glue the lid to the top of the printout. Inscriptions up.
3. Drive manually or using the display (home and then arrows) with the print head all the way up and the heated bed all the way forward.
4. Place up to three filaments on the heated bed.
5. Cover with print.
6. Set the heating pad to 60 degrees Celsius and wait 6-12 hours.***
The printer has minimal consumption when drying. The air physically circulates from the bottom up and removes moisture. After 12 hours, the filament has around 10-15% moisture. After drying, you can print, or place in a bag and vacuum.
*** Temperature of 60 degrees Celsius applies to Bambulab spools. Other spools, for example Prusa, can withstand a maximum drying temperature of only 45 degrees Celsius!!!
