great print! my son loves it. I immediately saw a killer whale when I first saw the model, so I decided to color it as such with high infil, so it falls below the water line! oh yes! and I added Lego attachments so that he could put mini’s on it 😄

Super print. I filled the bottom half with epoxy. This was it is a bit deeper in the water. Looks cool.

i didn’t liked this model the fit is horrible and twice had lifted from the build plate… using p1s combo my first failed 3d print and first inaccurate one… EDIT: model is pretty nice, a bit of tight tolerance but as said by the creator after I forced the pegs into the model it looks great except for a very small lift in the back (happened to me twice in the exact same place)

Something else is going on with your printer if you are having bed adhesion problems. Proportionally the model has about as much adhesion surface area as is possible with any model. The infill type is specifically set to make printing easier with less possibility for collisions. As far as fit the pegs do have a tight tolerance but nothing outside the range of accuracy for all the Bambu machines unless you are experiencing a problem with belt tightness causing z shift.

try washing your build plate with dish soap and water! that does wonders for adhesion. I was crushed when my first print failed on my P1S, but a good washing fixed it.

It’s ok, just a simple toy Some tricky parts but still printed well.

Other Issues:Looks like the Infillpattern printed way too fast.

What filament are you printing with? That profile is set to default speeds for Bambu basic PETG.

I printed it with the Bambu PTEG Basic aswell . I tested it with Gryd and Grid Infil, both failed. I just aktivated variable Layer height. I opened the PTEG a week a go and it it’s stored with additional Desican in the AmS 🤷🏼‍♂️

Great print. It looks awesome and the fit for the little motor is perfect. It does not go under water. It floats. it's a fun little toy. I was just expecting it to go under water like a submarine.

if you print with 99% infill in the bottom half and 70-80% infill in the top it will work underwater. I setup the file for printing speed and to save filament. thanks for the review!
