Description

This is the second version of this tippet holder. The first one had a locking knob while this one is threaded making it much easier to use and it's more durable. I also added two more styles for attaching to other packs. There are three options total. 1. The basic version that slips through and existing slot like on my fishpond pack. 2. A horizontal option like the basic model but with a loop for a carabiner/parachord. 3. An option to attach the holder vertically again via carabiner/parachord. It should hold up to 7 spools of tippet. In the attached photos I have on 6. I have included step files for the separate parts. Printing Tips: All items should print just fine without a brim but feel free to add one if you want the extra security. I've slowed down the printing speed to ensure the threads come out cleaner but feel free to speed it up if you'd like.

Glad you like it. I left the threads a touch loose to make sure they work on everyone's printer.

Works great but definitely would have liked it better if it had a screw design. Thanks!!

Thank you for the download and the rating. What do you mean by a "screw design"? Perhaps I can make a 4th option!

can you make the screw on head a clip on screw on head? instead of having a spot for a caribbeaner just make it a bit longer and a clip

I could certainly look at potentially doing that but it will most likely be a while before I get to it as I have other projects I'm working on at the moment. If you're just looking for something thats 100% 3D printed have you considered this model for the clip: https://makerworld.com/models/400277
