I've seen a couple things like this, but have no idea about this game, and Google was no help just showing a game where people race with a beach ball between their bodies

It's a common game in italy, basically you hit the plastic balls until the end of the track. the first person to finish the track, wins.
Every player has a ball and can hit it 1 time per turn.
