Description

I picked up the Bambu Wireless mouse kit recently and just finished putting everything together (with no issues) until I got to the pads. Doubt set in. What if I want to use a different design? What if the filament I used crack/melts and I need to reprint? What if I want to redo my mouse in PETG? What if I mess up the pads trying to take them off the old mouse?

I know there is probably a medical term for what I was going through. And I know very well that these slick little mouse pads that came with the kit will end up in my junk drawer never to be seen again.

But if any of you are like me, you might appreciate my “Mouse Pads for people with commitment issues”.

I pulled out the calipers and measured the pads, reproduced them in CAD, and threw a bevel on them so they would come out nice and smooth after ironing. And it worked.

I had some 3M tape laying around that came with an iPad LCD replacement kit to stick them on my mouse. Glue would work too.
