Description

Inspired by SnazzyLabs' Touch ID module, I started from scratch to build my own version of the case.

I had two main goals in mind: it should be easier to assemble and disassemble if needed, so it shouldn't require glue nor melting any other part (except to insert two brass studs). Also, it shouldn't require drilling larger holes in the logic board to fit M2 screws where they don't belong.

So here's my version of the case: everything is kept together by the back cover and two M3x6 flat-head screws. It makes sure the sensor doesn't fall out of place and the logic board doesn't move. Just make sure to close it in the right direction (see the pdf).
