Modified the gaps in the model, now it's easy to work
After printing is completed, use an art knife to cut open the position shown in the picture below

Little bit of crusty edges and slightly rubbing clearances. Great print and does what it says it should.

Other Issues:Petg perfectly tuned. I tried printing three times but nothing moves: only some very, very minor wiggling...
the print is cosmetically almost perfect but tolerances are too tight.
