Description

Blow spinning tops can spin for as long as you continue to blow on them. This model includes two different types of blow spinning tops, and two different types of blow tubes.

This is a fun and educational way to entertain kids for a few hours while also teaching the concepts of turbines. A turbine that is blown on the edge, and a turbine that takes air from the middle to spin.

Centre Blow Top:

Blow air into the middle of the top and internal vanes will direct it outwards causing the top to spin. There is a blow tube with a small cone that can be placed over the central cone of the center blow top. This lets you balance the top while you start it spinning. You can then continue to use the cone blow tube, or switch to the more powerful normal blow tube.

Edge blow top:

Using the straight blow tube you can start the edge blow spinning top, and it can spin very very fast creating a whizzing noise. But be careful, it can become unbalanced and go flying off the balancing stand.

well 0.8mm nozzle is a bad idea. did you print 0.4mm with inner and outer brin for that part? seems odd that it wouldn't be stable unless there's some serious vibrations. try slowing it down? edit: you've got bad layer shifts. that's not the model, that's something wrong with the printer. the layer shifts happen before the failure, so that's probably why it failed.

Super fun and works fantastic - also a straight-up easy print. One set (base, blower, spinner) took only around 1 hour and 15 minutes to print, and used a mere 18g of filament.
