20mm MFT chamfering tool, it let you produce a clean accurate chamfer on your MFT table holes.

It can be used by hand, or on a drill (slow speed), just insert a drill bit in the hexagon hole.

There is 2 versions, the only change is the tool bushing diameter :

  • Close Fit is about 19.98mm for very precise 20mm holes (check the reamer tool if you want accurate holes)
  • Standard Fit is about 19.90mm, for less precise/tighter holes

You also will need :

  • (1x) M4x10mm Countersunk screw
  • (1x) 12x12x1.5 Carbide Insert

Enjoy!

Hi Marc, I did print / assemble your design this week. And it works well! Thanks for sharing! But I wonder if you chose not to use threaded inserts on purpose? The connection M4 Screw to print is quite weak and the blade is not very tight. It still works, but I wonder if I would get the last missing 0,x mm to have the perfect chamfer with a tight blade?

HI, I had no issue with screwing in the plastic, but sure it is possible to make a room for a nut, I'll give a look ;)
